Whilst Lorclon offers a wide range of services to the building industry it is in the area groundworks that we specialise . We are beginning to get a lot of repeat work in earthworks, drainage, ducting, reinforced concrete, underpinning and all aspects of external works as a result of a hands on approach that is second to none.
We recognise that working in harmony with the client on all aspects at all stages of the project can lead to all round satisfaction and long term relationships.

Apprentices Centre
During the project we were asked if we could assist the ODA in providing, at short notice, a building to induct and train apprentices. We recognised that this would need an innovative solution to meet the tight time and budget restraints. The apprentices centre was constructed in the centre of the park over a 2 week period. The structure was formed with modular units covered with a timber framed roof with traditional slate tiles. The inside was plastered and carpeted while the outside was rendered. The ODA were delighted with the quality of the end-product.
All milestones to date completed on time and to budget.
