Description :
This project consists of the development of site on Bridgewater Road, Alperton. The development consists of a new RC Basement Car Park, Troughed Suspended Ground Floor and 4 Storey Steel Frame.
 Breakspeare Embankment Stabilisation and Landscaping
Lorclon carried out all the Groundworks and Gabion works involved in this package which were constructed on the Chiltern line near Breakspeare Station.
Aston Abbots Menage
Lorclon installed a manage on the private property of one of England's leading property speculators and racehorse owners in this quiet Buckinghamshire village. Our work involved installing a drainage system and the initial base topped off with silica (equestrian) sand and a rubber topper. We also carried extensive refurbishment works on the stables.
Beckton DLR Sidings
These works incorporated the installation of underground drainage works construction of train wash and interceptor pit, construction of foundations bases for various columns and staircases and building of the Block work piers for pre-cast platform planks.
Tesco Doncaster

Skanska- Welwyn Garden City
Lorclon ltd are currently constructing phase one of numerous phases of bases for Skanka on Colt Telecommunications site in Welwyn Garden City. The site will be used as a back-up for data systems around the London area in the case of an energy shortage (power black out) each phase of bases comprise of approximately 900m of ducting, 180m³ of concrete all finished to a very high standard within a very secure facility.
Wembley Park Station
Wembley Park Station went through a major capacity enhancement works to cope with crowds attending the new stadium. Lorclon was a keen member of the core team that carried out these works specialising in platform demolition and reforming along with the protective hoarding systems.
