that we specialise . We are beginning to get a lot of
repeat work in earthworks, drainage, ducting, reinforced
concrete, underpinning and all aspects of external works
as a result of a hands on approach that is second to
none.
We recognise that working in harmony with the client on all aspects at all stages of the project can lead to all round satisfaction and long term relationships.
 Lorclon has done much work in the last year for petrochemical industry where we re-develop and develop petrol forecourts with all the associated groundworks.

Works, Alperton
Main Contractor: - DBC
Description
This project consists of the
development of site on Bridgewater Road, Alperton. The
development consists of a new RC Basement Car Park,
Troughed Suspended Ground Floor and 4 Storey Steel
Frame. RC construction consists of 8meter Sheet Piles to
3 sides, 153no 350mm diameter CFA Piles, Pile Caps &
Ground Beams, Dual Seal Bentonite waterproofing,
Basement slab, Lift Core, 1 & 2 sided wall construction,
Columns, Access Ramp, 500mm Troughed RC Suspended Ground
Floor Slab. All exposed concrete works are to a Fair
Faced Finish. All works are carried out to a high
specification and are being carried out to a rigid
programme.
On completion of the RC works a 4
Storey Steel Frame will be erected with RC cover slabs,
Brick/Block work & clading finish.
