Engineering Excellence

Ethics are essentially judgements on what is right or wrong and Corporate Ethics underpin the values of an organisation and their employees. At Lorclon we take these responsibilities to our workforce and our clients very seriously and would like to share a bit more about our 'Lorclon Values'.

Lorclon are committed to conducting our business with integrity and the pursuit of excellence in all that we do. Our management team and our Board of Directors are committed to honesty and compliance with all laws, rules, regulations and corporate policies that apply to our business, and we expect the same commitment from our employees, consultants, business partners and service providers. In particular, we are committed to acting responsibly, safely and with transparency in our interactions with clients and stakeholders.

We expect that suppliers which provide materials for use in our projects to adopt sound human rights practices, to treat workers fairly, with dignity and respect and in all cases to eliminate human trafficking and slavery in their workplace.

Our core company values are - Safe and Environmentally Aware Openness and Honesty Team Players Customer Focused Accountable
Committed to the Modern Slavery Act.

In the UK, the Modern Slavery Act passed in 2015 obliges all businesses to ensure that no slavery has been used in producing the products they sell or use.

This should apply not only to goods produced in their own factories but also to their suppliers, and suppliers of their suppliers, all the way down the supply chain.

At Lorclon, we take positive steps to ensure all our suppliers are as committed as ourselves to employing ethical, humanitarian work practices.
