Euston Taxi Rank
The construction of an Interim Taxi Rank at part of the HS2 Euston enabling package. Main Contractor: Costain Skanska Joint Venture on behalf of HS2.
Challenges: Overseeing the construction of the new taxi rank adjacent to Euston Station.
Works included the excavation, drainage, services, concrete foundations, erection of new covered canopies & all electrical works in a challenging programme.
All the works involved the working around a live walkway through the site with on average 180,000 people using it a day.
