Old Oak Common Depot
Lorclon is a key civils sub-contractor for Taylor Woodrow in the construction of crossrail’s new state of the art, eco-friendly depot for Bombardier which will house a nine track train maintenance building and overnight stabling for 33 trains.
Lorclon’s work is wide ranging and is spread over most of this large site.
It includes track drainage, track formation works, walkways, ducting and cable throughs, UTX’s, 240m long x 10m wide RC track slabs and aprons, RC foundations for generator compound, sand silo, substation, 40.5m long x 12m wide RC train wash foundation with a 51.500 puraceptor tank and a 12000L pumping chamber, water and gas diversion and various retaining walls.
